Laying the Groundwork with a two-day Workshop
We kicked things off by hosting a two-day workshop, where we dove beneath the surface to uncover Dynamics Consultants’ most significant pain points, internal ways of working and market trends.
We also identified ways to support Dynamic Consultant’s massive growth and make sure employees, customers and prospects understood its amazing vision.
As part of our workshop, we took a comprehensive and holistic approach to exploring the business and its surrounding context. We also established essential foundations like current brand understanding, buyer personas, and verticalisation requirements.

We then set about identifying marketing goals that would serve as our roadmap throughout the project. Our goals included:

1. Content Marketing and Growth Marketing Strategy
Based on the insights from the two-day workshop, we formulated a detailed content marketing strategy, covering content marketing including thought-leadership articles, PR, event planning, recruitment and SEO.
2. Thought-Leadership Content Calendar
Our 12-month thought-leadership content calendar was built up of website copywriting and content articles, supported by social media content on LinkedIn and Facebook, and quarterly newsletters. We played an instrumental role in delving into the opportunities for Dynamic Consultants through the value of thought-leadership articles and how this content would help them build relationships with customers through engaging and conversion-focused communication.

We supported the brand with organising these events and then created content to help Dynamic Consultants add its voice to the conversation.
4. Recruitment Marketing Strategy
As part of our strategic planning and execution, we created a recruitment marketing strategy. The recruitment strategy involved establishing a presence on LinkedIn, understanding and rewriting job descriptions, along with exploring the organisational structure and exceptional individual contributions that make up the brand.
We also laid the groundwork for an apprenticeship scheme so that Dynamics Consultants could attract early career professionals.
Our work helped the business software experts expand beyond a limited candidate pool to secure an increasing number of exceptional employees, broaden their reach, and adopt a more sophisticated, streamlined approach to recruitment.
